Take a coat similar to yours, lay it flat and follow these steps:
Chest Measure in a straight line from one underarm to the other. Double this measurement to find the total chest circumference.
Length : start from the top of the shoulder (near the collar) to the bottom of the garment.

Shoulders : measure the width between the two upper shoulder seams, at the back of the coat.
